Dear Ones,
As we welcome this “New Year”, we invite you to rediscover and renew your precious wisdom within and apply these Lifestyle gems to your daily activities. Mindfulness and somatic movement are wonderful ways to access this inner world of life giving energy and wisdom. “Somatics” is a term that refers to a field of movement practices and bodywork that value and focus on inner awareness and experience to improve health, wellbeing and promote healing.
Most Somatic Yoga practices emphasize slower mindful movement, internal awareness (instead of external form precision), breath-work and relaxation. Kripalu Yoga is an excellent example of a somatic style yoga. Weaving in some Qi Gong nicely compliments this practice. Bloom has “grown” within Kripalu’s mindful somatic approach over the last 25 years. The last 5.5 years, with the addition of Subtle Yoga, we have taken a deeper dive into studying the nervous system’s function and contribution within the practice of yoga .

We invite you to join us in exploring this uplifting and beneficial Lifestyle Yoga practice!!!
