Dear Ones,

Welcome to our Spring Series focused on Fascial Freedom!!! We are living breathing fields of energy in relationship with dynamic life force energies. We are soft , round, irregular, and three-dimensional “Beings” who engage in a lot of repetitive “Doing”. As we move, our shape changes in relationship to those movements and often gets stuck in dysfunctional patterns creating discomfort, injury, stress and fatigue. Freeing-up our fascial system can help. Try imaging cotton candy as being the facia and the spaces in-between being your cells and body tissues. Then imagine how cotton candy gets stuck and hard. Keeping our fascia hydrated and mobile is so important to the healthy structure and function of our bodies.

FASCIA:
  • Encases muscles, bones, organs, nerves, and blood vessels
  • Creates compartments, allowing structures to move independently 
  • Links all these structures together, providing a framework for the entire body
  • Supports organs and maintains their position 
  • Contributes to joint stability and posture.

Gentle • Mindful • Accessible Yoga done slowly, with the intention of moving and exploring the Whole Body with curiosity, unifies us through creating Fascial Freedom. At Bloom, we have increased our focus on the fascial system, since the pandemic. With much Joy, we have witnessed the changes in our folks way of moving and relating to their bodies and environment. Many thanks to our mentor Kristine Weber of Subtle Yoga who is a Yogini and science geek too.

Whole Health Yoga
It’s an inside job focused on discovering how to best care for yourself through awareness, movement, breath, meditation and relaxation. And the best gift 💝 of all, is learning how to merge the wisdom discovered on the mat into your daily life. 
As Whole Health yoga teachers, we can help folks use yoga:

Free Mindfulness Meditation Hour at Bloom Yoga & Wellness is being offered Sundays 9:00-10:00am.***

There will be NO Meditation on May 25, 2025.

***From June through August, meditation will only be held on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of each month:

July 13 & 27
August 10 & 24


Weekly Sunday Meditation will resume after Labor Day, beginning on September 7, 2025.

For those interested in beginning or nurturing their meditation practice, Koelle or Tony share a guided meditation followed by group discussion. Pre-registration is required.
